The Job:

• You must be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of growing and maintaining a rent roll and are passionate about meeting new challenges.

• You will be offered flexible working arrangements (hours and location), ability to go out and network within the Perth Real Estate market

• You will be in charge of the leasing side of the business from end to end and offered the opportunity to be a leader and develop business growth strategies

• Bonuses per properties – as you’re a hard working person you will be able to bring in over $100K for yourself or be made a partner of the business

Successful candidates must have:

• Sound knowledge and understanding of the WA Real Estate Property Management and Sales process

• Experience with relationship management and formal / legal processes to manage difficult tenants and tenants in arrears.

• Experience in Property Management Platforms & Trust Accounting Software

• Superb verbal and written communication

• Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously

• Proven excellent and friendly customer service skills
